Our Yoga Classes are designed to help our members improve and enhance their movements while alleviating any extra tightness from workouts. Adding Yoga to your weekly regime will help increase your mobility while cultivating a sound movement foundation.

Yoga classes are open to members and non-members. You are welcome to bring your spouse, significant other, neighbor, or friend.
