22 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10/9)

22 Plate G2O (45/25)

22 Burpees

22 Cal Bike

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Min

20 Sit ups with Med Ball pass

20 Planks with Med Ball pass (at least 2 tiles apart)

 

Partners split the workload, but it does not have to be a 50/50 split

and it actually works better if it is not.

Partner 30's - Both partners complete

:30 sec of each movement. One works one rests.

4 Rounds of :30 seconds each movement

Mountain Sliders

Bike sprints

TRX Row

Burpees

Slam Balls

10 Partner leg throws (10 each)

20 Plank low fives

:30 sec Hollow or Deadbug hold
