10 Dumbbell Push Press

200 meter run

 

-Then-

500 meter Row (Cash out)

FASTFIT

 

Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes

Min 1: 6 Pull Ups (strict, toes on box, seated)

Min 2: 8 Push Ups

 

-2 min rest-

 

14 Minutes of Ascending reps, 1 each, 2 each, 3 each etc...

1 Slam Ball: Cluster Slam

1 V-Up

*3 Burpees after every round*
