Friends helping out at the gym

 

Today is Bring a Friend/Free Trial Class day! (sign up on our website HERE)

 

It may be cool out tonight but the grill will be HOT for our BBQ.

Please join us at 7pm for drinks and 7:30pm for food. Not required but

If you’d like, you may bring a drink or a dish to share or something to throw on the grill.

 

Come share a drink and a story with Coach Colby who will be leaving us next week.
